"The hygienist called me in late for my appointment, even though I was there on time. Not a major issue but the actual cleaning was painful, at one point she pressed too hard and I had to move my face away from her. Teeth cleaning is not supposed to hurt. I advised the hygienist about a filling I had and she thought it was somewhere else. If in doubt, she could have asked again or checked herself, since she is a professional."
