Tireless patience
"As a very nervous patient, I was very anxious as I had to have a root canal treatment prior to a crown fitting. I was immediately put at ease by my dentist Farid and his lovely nurse Georgie. Even though the whole treatment was scary for me, I managed to get through it with the help and patience, and full explanation of everything that was going to happen and what to expect. Both of these two professionals got me through the whole ordeal, and because of their tireless patience and understanding of nervous patients and kindness, I will keep returning, and feel more confident each time I do.
